What is TPS ?

Toyota Production System (TPS, or known as Lean Manufacturing) is one of the most famous and well-known manufacturing systems, invented by Toyota Motor Corp. It comprises Toyota’s management philosophy and practices. This system includes some methods, such as Kaizen, Kanban, Just-in-time and so on.

 
We believe this TPS would be a great help for any company in the manufacturing industry to improve their management systems or to reduce the cost. And we’ve seen many companies having progressed with TPS and improved efficiency of their processes and quality of their products.

 
 
 

What is TPS  Study Tour ?

During this tour, you will learn the concepts of TPS and master how to apply these methods to your companies' management systems. To make all clients understand it well, we originaly offer seminars and practical trainings at our own facility to build useful knowledge in each of you. After joining this tour, you will be able to solve problems you're facing with these methods.
